“I just want to charge my car. Why do I need your app?”
Walk-up charging should not require a download, wallet top-up, and account setup for a one-off session.
A common customer line: they find a charger, scan a QR code, and are told to download an app, create an account, add wallet money, then finally start charging.
For regulars that may be fine. For someone using the network once a month—or once—it is friction. They want to charge and go.
A simpler walk-up path

When the session ends, the amount can be settled in real time. Occasional users can still return later to see history on that network when they choose to sign in.
